A fifteen-year-old adolescent has been judged to life incarceration with a base duration of sixteen years for the killing of another schoolmate the deceased during a midday recess.

Deadly Educational Institution Incident

Mohammed Umar Khan stabbed the victim, similarly 15, into the heart with a hunting knife at the city's All Saints Catholic High School in the winter month.
